Local businessman Jerry O’Dell has long had a vision to enhance the viability of the downtown area of Fayette. He, along with his business partner Pam Blackwood of Northport, recently bought the former Turner Hotel property and the retail stores below the property. Together, they envision transforming the property into a focal point of Temple Avenue known as “The District.”
