Longtime employees retire at courthouse

Two longtime employees at the Fayette County Courthouse retired recently, each with approximately 29 years of service in their respective jobs. Ann Barnes retired from the Fayette County Tag office on Nov. 29, after serving as a tag office clerk for the probate judge’s office. Delorous Gilpin retired recently from the Revenue Commissioner's Office. She was hired in Oct. 1994, and had served as the Chief Revenue Clerk since 2002.
