Default having been made in the payment of the indebtedness secured by that certain mortgage executed by
Jeffery Pasley and Norma Pasley, husband and wife, originally in favor of Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., on the 13th
day of July, 2007, said mortgage recorded in the Office of the Judge of Probate of Fayette County, Alabama, in
Book 2007, Page 4249; Scrivener's Affidavit recorded in Book 2014, Page 1155; Certified Copy of Mortgage
Re-recorded in Book 2014 Page 2165; the undersigned Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., as Mortgagee/Transferee,
under and by virtue of the power of sale contained in said mortgage, will sell at public outcry to the highest
bidder for cash, in front of the main entrance of the Courthouse at Fayette, Fayette County, Alabama, on April
21, 2015, during the legal hours of sale, all of its right, title, and interest in and to the following described real
estate, situated in Fayette County, Alabama, to-wit:

Way of Southern Railway; thence run North 27 degrees 54 minutes 39 seconds West along said Right of Way
for a distance of 250.00 feet to an iron rod; thence run South 65 degrees 06 minute 10 seconds West for a
distance of 169.29 feet to the Point of Beginning. Said parcel lying in the Northwest Quarter of the Southwest
Quarter of Section 6, Township 16 South, Range 11 West, Fayette County, Alabama, and containing 1.0 acres
more or less.
